Stay Healthy In Summer English Skit (III) summer is here! A change of season calls for a change in routine, a revamped diet, and of course, a new exercise regimen that suits the weather. Summers have arrived and so are the drastic effects. With the passing time, temperatures have been going implausibly high and it is affecting our health. Scalding heat affects us in the form of heat stroke, sunburn, dehydration, etc. It is extremely important to be careful during volatile temperatures. . The onset of warm weather can make our body more vulnerable to different types of diseases and certain health guidelines must be followed by us to ensure a healthy summer .The main objective of this blog is to help us lead our summers in utmost relaxation. To prevent chronic disease and have a healthy as well as protected summer we should maintain the following 10 tips. 1. Stay refrigerant and hydrated. 2. Protect ourselves from overexposure 3. Keep our body fit through an exercise 4. Have a healthy and proper diet 5. Have proper skin care in the summer 6. Avoid Over-Intoxication 7. Have all nutritional supplements 8. Have smaller and lighter meals 9. Have drinks that really hydrate 10. Protect yourself from wounds and injuries Olivia Enlightened English School organised the �Stay Healthy in summer �program in the school premises on 22nd May, 2019 during assembly with great zeal and enthusiasm. The assembly became a special assembly with the help of a beautiful cultural program. The program was held for classes I-VIII separately by the selected students of the cited classes. Group presentation (VIII) The warm summer weather can make it easy to exercise outdoors. Just be sure to take some precautions so you don�t get overheated in the hot weather.
